Returns and Refund Policy

Overview


Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in the same packaging as received. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, personal care, or hygiene items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that:

  • Show signs of use
  • Are returned with missing parts or damaged, not caused by our error

Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider or bank; sometimes processing takes time.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@ayyanbaba.com.

Sale Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at and send your product to our return address.

Gifts


If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns


To return your product, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
