You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we are unable to offer a return or exchange unless the product is defective.

  2. Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the product back: After approval, we will share a return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Receive your refund or replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

5. Refund Process

 Online payment refunds

Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds

COD orders are refunded via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within 3–5 business days. You will be notified on WhatsApp once your refund is approved.

6. Return Shipping Charges

AyyanBaba will cover all return shipping costs if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 Change of mind returns

If you are returning a product due to personal preference or a change of mind, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
